Why a Guided Journey?
Remember the changes that happen to the energetic and physical bodies at the 5th, 6th and 7th Initiations? They are significant and a gift from Higher Self to remain in human form. From the first time I read what happened, I've had this internal questioning in my mind around how we fully align physical bodies with our Higher Selves. I would spend time pondering this process on a regular basis, yet I always felt something was missing. My physical journey of being in a body after the 5th initiation hasn't been all that easy. I've been through a cancer surgery, had CoVid multiple times with long CoVid symptoms and more. Through all of that, I had this inner desire and knowing that there has to be an easier way. That I must have been missing something.
Last summer, I reached out to Jan and had a converstion about my frustrations and also my ideas that there must be a way we can find deeper alignment physically with our Higher Selves. She had been pondering the same things and we embarked on a journey to find a deeper way. Of course, we were given one step at a time and taken on a guided journey. We asked Verna for input and she joined us.
This guided journey is a result of 6 months of our asking questions, doing sessions and ultimately discovering that a path was laid out by our Higher Selves and a group of Ascended Masters, Cosmic Masters and Angels. My life has changed and I know yours will too. Our desire is to take you on this guided journey for you to discover a deeper connection with your phyiscal body and your Higher Self.

Why Focus on the Physical Body?
Ever since the beginning of the 6th Initiation and through the 7th I have wondered how my body can still operate on the physical level without the original chakras. What is happening in my body and what is running the show? We learn that the Earth Star moves up to become our Celestial Star. But what happens to the other ‘in-body’ chakras and how is my body still functioning? I then learned that my Higher Self had become fully embodied. Now what? I didn’t notice any physical difference. But if my Higher Self was fully embodied and my energetic vibration had changed something must be lagging in my physical body.
How can I keep up? My questioning and talking with Higher Self carried me through the 7th and on to the 8th. Sheila reached out to me in the summer to see if I had the same curiosity about my physical body relative to my Higher Self. I was excited to have the conversation with Sheila, and we began our inquiry and exploration immediately. Verna had guided us through the different initiation levels up until the 7th and then it seemed as though we were on our own. Higher Self had been very active in service and was racing along with his purpose. I felt like the cart being pulled by the racehorse; a little out of control and not sure where I was headed next! I kept asking HS to take care of my physical body so that I could be a strong and healthy vessel for his service. That wasn’t enough. Sheila and I both learned that the request was too vague. We asked Verna to join us on our quest. We each received bits and pieces of information and put it together.
We have gone on a journey together to ask our Higher Selves what we need to do to align with their energies and have had many experiences to share.

When I first saw the post for the Align your physical body with your Higher-self course I got an immediate expansive feeling about it. I had been dealing with what I call a cluster of patterns that, to be honest, the regular clearing just wasn't hitting it hard enough to see tangible changes and this was occurring for a very long time too. I was also working on my coaching niche at this time as well, of which I knew there was much more greater and deeper layers to what I've touched upon but it was a bit buried under the layers of human inebriation. I knew this course was what I needed to clear these clustered patterns and step into a great version of myself. I put my coaching niche on the shelf temporarily and committed myself to the Align course. Embracing it as fully as I could while knowing that the more I committed and did the work, the greater my results would be...
Now, on the other side of the completed course, I can honestly say it is a necessary step after the 7th Initiation or 8th as I was when embarking upon its journey. The areas it addressed were what I needed to help release and clear remaining apparitions of the lower chakra system and lower self patterns that pop up and feel more like a veil with me underneath, rather than living from the heart space. It also addressed new levels of DNA that can be embraced after the 7th and above. After the completion of the course, I feel more actualized in regards to my Higher-Self, which has better allowed me to embrace being the being and step deeper into my personal power, guided by wisdom and rooted in love.

We, on the path of ascension, are the wayshowers of living as 7th initiates on the planet. There have never been this many 7th and above Initiates walking in human bodies before on earth. We are paving a new path. This journey is a channeled journey full of new clearings and techniques shared from Pukalani, Jyahlien, Marua and a Master of each ray (El Morya, Kuthumi, Mary Magdalene, Serapis Bey, Hilarion, Pallas Athena, St Germain, White Tara) who have stepped forward to help Jan and Sheila expand the journey into a format that can be easily shared and embraced. It is powerful and transformational!

We connect with the Masters in all of our preparation and we will also connect with them during each class.
With each clearing and activation that we recevied, we asked how long the physical body needed to integrate the change. After some of the activations, we were given the answer that a minimum of 10 days needed to be allowed between experiences. We have setup the journey to allow integration time as needed.
Each session will be 2 hours long.
Yes, each session will be recorded if you are not able to make a session. Our desire is that you try and attend live as the groups energy will be amplified when all are able to join live as much as possible.
If you do have to miss a session, it will be important to listen to the session and experience the guided mediation within 48 hours of the session. Each clearing and/or activation that happens in the meditations require at least 10 days to integrate in the physical body.
It is not recommended to skip any of the sessions. The clearings and activations build upon each other through the journey. A specific order was provided for the clearings and activations that provides for the greatest possiblities.
The time between the sessions will be up to you. Recommended daily affirmations and additional pattern clearing will be suggested so that you can create a space for the most growth and understanding.
Yes, you can select paying in 3 payments. The card that you use for the initial payment will be charged two more times to complete the payments. The 2nd charge will happen at 30 days and the 3rd charge at 60 days.
Yes, we will allow plenty of time in the sessions to answer questions and have discussions. Our goal is for this to be interactive!

Sheila has passed the 8th Initiation with her Higher Self, Jyahlien. They are on the ruby aspect of the 6th ray. Jyahlien is bringing a new understanding of the divine feminine forward. Sheila has always had a deep desire to see each person discover and know their deepest self. Together they are stepping forward to share and inspire each individual to stand in their strength and live a joyous intentional life.

Jan has passed the 9th Initiation with her Higher Self, Pukalani. They are on the green aspect of the 5th ray. Pukalani’s message is always centered around self-empowerment; standing in your Truth and Power. Together, Jan and Pukalani have a passion for helping others to see and know the Truth within themselves, and to feel powerful in standing in their Truth.
Jan has been on the ascension journey for most of her life. She and Pukalani together are a teacher, energy healer, ascension guide, author, parent, and grandparent.
